Echo Hill Bakery was established 2020 in Bozeman, Montana with the support of her friends and family. After working for a local catering company for 5 years, she decided to focus on just desserts.

Kathryn began attending The Culinary Institute of America, located in upstate New York, in 2004. It was at this private culinary school where she specialized in a baking and pastry arts education, as well as receiving her bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Management.

Kathryn has acquired skills in her travels from bakeries and resorts around the country. She has gained experience in creating desserts for customers sensitive to gluten, dairy, and those with a vegan lifestyle.

In her spare time, Kathryn enjoys the amazing local mountains which provide her with endless outdoor recreation opportunities. At home, she enjoys arts & crafts and the company of her two sweet cats. She’s so lucky to have such great friends to taste test her new recipes!
